The movies presented in this site are divided into four types, "Interviews," Behind the Scenes," "Special Effects," and "From the Film." Check the "About" screen at each site for additional information. The program allows for the "doubling" of the image, if you prefer. We suggest as samples "Ra Dies" and "A Travel Through Time and Space."
About "From The Film"
Some of the memorable clips from STARGATE are included here. Although these will give you a taste of the film, you'll need to see the entire film on the big screen to properly appreciate it.
About "Interviews"
The clips presented in the "Interview" section describe, from various points of view, the process of producing the film, STARGATE. Ed Marsh provided the footage for some of this section, with additional interviews provided by Scott Davis, and shot by Larry Seehorn.
About "Behind The Scenes"
The “Behind-The-Scenes” (“BTS”) clips were filmed during production on location in Yuma, Arizona and Long Beach, California. BTS attempts to give a sense of the scope of the project, and the atmosphere of film production.
About "Special Effects"
The "Special Effects" sequences presented here are taken from a variety of points along the process of the film’s production, from early test renderings to the "final" film. These effects are displayed isolated and out of context (in most cases) to give a sense of the artistry involved in their production.
